The ViewSonic M2e is a portable LED projector designed for versatile entertainment and business use. This manual provides essential information for setting up, operating, and maintaining your projector to ensure optimal performance.

Setup

1. Powering On and Placement

Connect the power adapter to the projector and a power outlet. The M2e features an adjustable stand for flexible placement. Position the projector on a stable surface, adjusting the stand to achieve the desired projection angle.

For portable use without a direct power outlet, the M2e can be powered by a USB-C power bank. Ensure the power bank is at least 45W (15V/3A) and supports Power Delivery (PD) protocol output.

2. Connectivity

The M2e offers a variety of input and output options for connecting your devices:

3. Screen Mirroring

The M2e supports screen mirroring from both iOS and Android devices. Ensure your device is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the projector. Follow the on-screen instructions for your specific device to initiate screen mirroring.

Operating the Projector

1. Initial Power On and Auto Adjustments

Once powered on, the M2e features advanced instant auto-focus and auto H/V keystone correction. This automatically adjusts the image to be perfectly proportioned and sharp within seconds, even if the projector is placed at an angle.

2. Image Size and Quality

The M2e can project up to a 100-inch screen from approximately 9 feet away. For optimal sharpness and clarity, it is recommended to keep the projection size between 60 and 100 inches.

The projector delivers Full HD 1080p resolution with 125% Rec. 709 color accuracy, providing vivid and lifelike images. You can adjust color settings (warmth, gain) through the projector's menu to achieve your preferred visual output.

3. Audio Features

The M2e is equipped with built-in dual Harman Kardon Bluetooth speakers, providing immersive stereo sound. You can also connect external Bluetooth speakers for an enhanced audio experience or use the projector as a standalone Bluetooth speaker.

Maintenance

The M2e utilizes a cutting-edge LED light source with a lifespan of up to 30,000 hours, significantly reducing the need for lamp replacements. To maintain optimal performance, keep the projector's lens clean and ensure proper ventilation during operation.
