1. Important Safety Instructions

2. Product Overview

3. Before First Use
- Unpack: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the grill for any damage. Ensure all components listed in the Product Overview are present.
- Clean: Before initial use, wash the removable grill plate and the 8 mini raclette pans with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
- Placement: Place the grill on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the appliance. Keep it away from walls, curtains, and other flammable materials.
- Initial Burn-off: It is recommended to operate the grill for approximately 10-15 minutes on its highest setting without food during the first use. This helps to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor or smoke may be present during this process; ensure the area is well-ventilated.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Power Connection and Temperature Control
- Ensure the temperature control knob is in the 'OFF' position.
- Plug the power cord into a standard 110V electrical outlet.
- Turn the temperature control knob clockwise to select your desired heat setting. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the grill is heating. The thermostat maintains the set temperature, activating when the grill reaches approximately 500°F (260°C) to ensure consistent cooking.
- Allow the grill to preheat for 5-10 minutes before placing food on the cooking surfaces.

4.2 Using the Main Grill Plate
- Once preheated, place food directly onto the non-stick grill plate. The ribbed surface ensures even heat distribution and facilitates grease drainage, reducing smoke.
- Cook food according to desired doneness.

4.3 Using the Mini Raclette Pans
- The grill includes 8 mini non-stick pans, ideal for preparing individual portions of cheese, vegetables, eggs, or other small items.
- Place desired ingredients into the mini pans and slide them into the designated slots beneath the main grill plate.
- Monitor cooking progress as heat from the heating tube cooks the contents of the pans.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance
Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your LOEFME Electric Grill.
- Disconnect Power: Always unplug the appliance from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Clean Grill Plate and Mini Pans: The non-stick grill plate and the 8 mini raclette pans are removable and can be washed by hand with warm soapy water or cleaned in a dishwasher. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads, as these can damage the non-stick coating.
- Clean Main Unit: Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Drip Tray: Empty and clean the hand dish layer (drip tray) after each use.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing. Store the grill in a cool, dry place.
