4.1 Installing the Battery

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the keyboard.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert one AAA battery, ensuring the correct positive (+) and negative (-) polarity.
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

4.2 Connecting the USB Receiver

  1. Locate an available USB port on your computer.
  2. Remove the USB receiver from its storage slot on the back of the keyboard (if stored).
  3. Insert the USB receiver firmly into the USB port on your computer.
  4. Your computer should automatically detect and install the necessary drivers. This may take a few moments.
  5. Once the drivers are installed, the keyboard is ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Basic Typing

The TK-FDM110TKBK features a standard 109-key Japanese layout, designed for comfortable and accurate typing. The membrane key type provides a light and crisp typing feel, with a key stroke of 2.5mm, allowing for quick input.

5.2 Multi-Function Hotkeys

This keyboard is equipped with 12 types of multi-function hotkeys, allowing you to quickly access common functions such as web browser and media player controls. These keys are typically activated by pressing the Fn key in combination with the corresponding function key (F1-F12).

6.1 Cleaning

The estimated battery life is approximately 2 years under normal usage conditions. An LED lamp on the keyboard indicates the remaining battery level. When the battery is low, replace it with a new AAA battery following the steps in Section 4.1. To conserve battery life, turn off the power switch on the keyboard when not in use for extended periods.
