2. Safety Instructions

• Always unplug the appliance from the power supply before assembly, disassembly, or cleaning.

3. Product Components

The YISSVIC 3-in-1 Immersion Hand Blender includes the following components:

4. Setup and Assembly

Before first use, wash all detachable parts in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry. The motor unit should only be wiped with a damp cloth.

4.1 Attaching the Blending Shaft

1. Align the blending shaft with the motor unit.
2. Twist the blending shaft clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.

4.2 Attaching the Whisk/Frother

1. Insert the whisk or frother into its adapter.
2. Align the adapter with the motor unit.
3. Twist the adapter clockwise until it locks securely into place.

5. Operating Instructions

The YISSVIC Hand Blender features 12-speed control and a Turbo function for various blending needs.

5.1 Speed Control

The blender offers a spiral speed controller at the top of the motor unit and two buttons for Low Speed and High Speed (Turbo).

• Spiral Speed Controller: Rotate the dial at the top to adjust the speed from 1 to 12.
• Low Speed Button: Press for continuous low-speed operation. The spiral controller adjusts speed within this range.
• High Speed (Turbo) Button: Press and hold for maximum power. This overrides the spiral speed setting.

5.2 Blending Function (Immersion Blender)

1. Attach the blending shaft to the motor unit.
2. Place ingredients into the measuring cup or a suitable container.
3. Immerse the blending head into the ingredients.
4. Plug in the appliance.
5. Press and hold the Low Speed button or the High Speed (Turbo) button to begin blending. Adjust speed with the spiral controller if using Low Speed.
6. Blend until desired consistency is achieved.
7. Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.

5.3 Whisking Function

1. Attach the whisk attachment to the motor unit.
2. Place ingredients (e.g., egg whites, cream) into a bowl.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Immerse the whisk into the ingredients.
5. Press and hold the Low Speed button or High Speed (Turbo) button to begin whisking.
6. Whisk until desired consistency is achieved.
7. Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.

5.4 Frothing Function

1. Attach the milk frother to the motor unit.
2. Pour milk into a cup or container.
3. Plug in the appliance.
4. Immerse the frother into the milk.
5. Press and hold the Low Speed button to begin frothing.
6. Froth until desired foam consistency is achieved.
7. Release the button to stop. Unplug after use.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your appliance.

• Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
• Motor Unit: Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth. Do NOT immerse it in water or any other liquid.
• Blending Shaft, Whisk, Frother: These attachments are dishwasher safe. Alternatively, they can be washed by hand in warm soapy water, rinsed, and dried thoroughly.
• Measuring Cup: Wash in warm soapy water or place in the dishwasher.
• For stubborn food residue on the blending shaft, fill the measuring cup with warm water and a drop of dish soap, then operate the blender for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly.
