Setup and Assembly

This mobile storage cabinet requires some assembly. Please ensure all components are present before beginning. It is recommended to have a second person assist with assembly due to the weight of the unit.

Assembly Steps:

3. Attach the side handle to the designated mounting points on one side of the cabinet using the provided hardware.
4. Carefully place the solid wood top onto the cabinet frame. Ensure it is properly aligned. Secure the wood top to the cabinet frame using the pre-drilled holes and appropriate fasteners (if provided, otherwise it may rest on the frame).
5. Test all drawers to ensure they slide smoothly.
6. Insert the key into the lock and test the locking mechanism.

Operating Instructions

Drawer Operation:

The cabinet features nine drawers equipped with ball-bearing drawer slides for smooth and effortless opening and closing. To open a drawer, gently pull the handle. To close, push the drawer firmly until it is fully seated. Avoid slamming drawers to prolong the life of the slides.

Locking Mechanism:

The cabinet is equipped with a key lock to secure your tools and contents. Insert the key into the lock cylinder located on the top right side of the cabinet. Turn the key clockwise to lock all drawers simultaneously. Turn counter-clockwise to unlock. Always remove the key after locking or unlocking.

Mobility:

With its heavy-duty casters and sturdy side handle, the cabinet can be easily moved. To move the cabinet, unlock any locking casters, grasp the side handle, and push or pull the unit to your desired location. Once in place, engage the locking casters to prevent unintended movement.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Wipe down the metal surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Dry thoroughly. For the solid wood top, use a wood-safe cleaner and avoid excessive moisture.

Troubleshooting

Drawers are Sticking or Difficult to Open/Close:

• Check if the drawer is overloaded. Reduce the weight if necessary.
• Inspect the ball-bearing slides for any obstructions or damage.
• Apply silicone lubricant to the drawer slides.
• Ensure the cabinet is on a level surface.

Cabinet is Wobbly:

• Verify that all casters are securely tightened.
• Ensure the cabinet is placed on a flat, level surface.
• Check if the solid wood top is securely fastened to the cabinet body.

Lock Not Engaging/Disengaging:

• Ensure all drawers are fully closed before attempting to lock.
• Check if the key is fully inserted and turned correctly.
• Do not force the key or lock mechanism.
