Product Overview
The GOOLOO GP4000 is a powerful and versatile jump starter designed to provide reliable starting power for a wide range of vehicles, including cars, motorcycles, RVs, tractors, trucks, vans, and ATVs. It also functions as a portable power bank and features an integrated LED flashlight.

- Power Button: Turns the unit on/off and cycles through flashlight modes.

Charging the Jump Starter
Before first use, fully charge the GOOLOO GP4000. It typically takes about 5 hours to fully charge using a USB-C cable and a wall charger (not included) or a car charger (not included).
- Connect the provided USB to Type-C cable to the In/Out Type-C port on the jump starter.
- Connect the other end of the USB cable to a compatible USB wall charger or car charger.
- The LED indicators will light up to show the charging progress. All indicators will be solid when fully charged.
- It is recommended to recharge the unit every 3 months to maintain battery health, even if not in use.

Operating Instructions: Jump Starting a Vehicle
The GOOLOO GP4000 is capable of jump starting all gasoline engines and diesel engines up to 10.0L with a peak current of 4000A.
- Ensure the Jump Starter is Charged: Check the LED indicators to ensure the unit has sufficient charge.
- Connect the Smart Jump Cable: Insert the blue plug of the smart jump cable into the jump cable socket on the GOOLOO GP4000. Ensure it is fully seated.
- Connect to Vehicle Battery:
- Connect the RED positive (+) clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the BLACK negative (-) clamp to the negative (-) terminal of the vehicle's battery.

- Check Indicator on Smart Cable: The smart cable has an indicator light.
- If the light is solid green, the connection is correct and safe to proceed.
- If the light is solid red or flashing, there is an issue (e.g., reverse polarity, low voltage). Disconnect and re-check connections.

- Start the Vehicle: Once the smart cable indicator is green, start your vehicle. If it doesn't start immediately, wait 30 seconds and try again. Do not crank for more than 3 seconds per attempt.
- Disconnect: Once the vehicle starts, disconnect the black negative (-) clamp first, then the red positive (+) clamp from the vehicle battery. Finally, disconnect the smart jump cable from the GOOLOO GP4000.
Using the LED Flashlight
The GOOLOO GP4000 features a multi-mode LED flashlight for emergency situations or general illumination.
- Turn On/Off: Press and hold the Power button for 3 seconds to turn the flashlight on or off.
- Cycle Modes: Once the flashlight is on, short press the Power button to cycle through the modes:
- Stable Light: For general illumination.
- Strobe Light: For signaling or attracting attention.
- SOS Signal: Flashes the international Morse code SOS pattern for emergency signaling.

Charging Other Devices
The GOOLOO GP4000 can serve as a portable power bank to charge your electronic devices.
- Connect your device's charging cable to one of the USB output ports (5V/2.1A or Quick Charge 3.0) or the In/Out Type-C port on the jump starter.
- The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device.
- The high capacity allows for multiple charges of smartphones, tablets, cameras, and GPS systems.
Maintenance and Storage
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and performance of your GOOLOO GP4000.
- Store the jump starter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Recharge the unit every three months to maintain optimal battery health, even if not used.
- Clean the unit with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

Troubleshooting
