Control Panel Functions:
- Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device on or off.

Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before initial use, fully charge the speakerphone using the provided USB cable. Connect the USB cable to the device's USB-C port and a power adapter or computer USB port. The LED indicator will show charging status.
2. Connecting to a Computer/Device
The EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max offers multiple connection methods:
- USB Connection: Connect the speakerphone to your computer using the provided USB cable. The device will be recognized automatically as an audio input/output device.
- Bluetooth Connection:
- Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the speakerphone until the LED indicator flashes blue, indicating pairing mode.
- On your computer or mobile device, go to Bluetooth settings and select "EMEET M2 Max" from the list of available devices.
- Once connected, the LED indicator will turn solid blue.
- USB Dongle Connection (if included):
- Plug the USB dongle into an available USB port on your computer.
- Turn on the speakerphone. It will automatically connect to the dongle. The LED indicator will turn solid blue when connected.
- AUX Connection: Connect an external audio device using a 3.5mm AUX cable (not included) to the AUX port for audio output. This connection is for audio output only.

Operating Instructions
Basic Call Management
- Answering/Ending Calls: Press the Call button to answer an incoming call or end an active call.
- Adjusting Volume: Use the Volume Up (+) and Volume Down (-) buttons to control the speaker output volume.
- Muting Microphone: Press the Mute button to mute or unmute the microphone. The LED indicator will change to red when muted.
VoiceIA Noise Reduction
The EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max features patented VoiceIA technology to reduce background noise. This function helps suppress ambient sounds like keyboard typing, mouse clicks, and air conditioning noise, ensuring clearer voice pickup for participants.
- Activating VoiceIA: Press the VoiceIA button to toggle the noise reduction feature on or off.

Daisy Chain Function (Linking Multiple Devices)
For larger meeting rooms or more participants (up to 25 people), two EMEET OfficeCore M2 Max units can be linked together using an optional EMEET linking cable (3m). This expands the audio pickup and playback range.
- Connect the two speakerphones using the dedicated linking cable via their "LINK" ports.
- Ensure both devices are powered on and connected to the same host device (computer).

eMeetLink Software
The free eMeetLink software allows for personalized settings and firmware updates for your M2 Max. You can adjust various functions, change the Bluetooth name, and upgrade the device's firmware for optimal performance.
- Download the eMeetLink software from the official EMEET website.
- Connect your M2 Max to your computer via USB.
- Launch the eMeetLink software to access settings and updates.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the surface of the speakerphone. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Storage: Store the device in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Battery Care: To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the device regularly, even if not in use for extended periods.
