Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your inverter:
- Cleaning: Periodically clean the exterior of the inverter with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure ventilation openings are free from dust and debris. Do not use liquid cleaners.
- Connections: Regularly check all electrical connections (battery cables, ground wire) to ensure they are tight and free from corrosion. Loose connections can cause overheating and damage.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the inverter in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Disconnect it from the battery.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your inverter, refer to the following common problems and solutions. For more detailed troubleshooting, please consult the official Troubleshooting Guide PDF.
- No Power Output: Check battery connections, ensure the inverter is switched ON, and verify battery voltage is within the operating range.
- Overload Alarm: Reduce the total wattage of connected devices. The inverter's peak power is 3000W, but continuous output is 1500W.
- Overheating: Ensure adequate ventilation around the inverter. Clear any obstructions from the cooling fans.
- Low/High Voltage Alarm: Check your battery's charge level. Recharge or replace the battery if necessary.
- Short Circuit: Disconnect all loads and check for any short circuits in your wiring or connected devices.
