This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe installation, operation, and maintenance of your Progress Lighting Everlume 24-Inch LED Linear Panel Light. Please read this manual thoroughly before installation and keep it for future reference.
2. Important Safety Information
Always follow basic safety precautions when installing, operating, or maintaining this product to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
- WARNING: Risk of electric shock. Disconnect power before installation or servicing.
- Ensure all electrical connections are in accordance with local codes, ordinances, and the National Electric Code (NEC).
- Consult a qualified electrician if you are unsure about the installation process.
- Do not install near heat sources or in excessively damp locations.
- This product is designed for indoor use only.

3. Package Contents

5. Setup and Installation
Before you begin, ensure the power is turned off at the circuit breaker. It is recommended to have two people for installation.
Tools Required (Not Included):
- Phillips head screwdriver
- Wire strippers
- Electrical tape
- Safety glasses
- Ladder
Installation Steps:
- Turn Off Power: Locate the circuit breaker controlling the light fixture's location and turn it OFF. Verify power is off using a voltage tester.
- Prepare Mounting Surface: If replacing an existing fixture, carefully remove it. Ensure the junction box is securely mounted and capable of supporting the fixture's weight.
- Attach Mounting Plate: Secure the fixture's base (Part B) to the junction box using the provided screws. Ensure it is flush and stable.
- Make Electrical Connections:
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black (hot) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white (neutral) wire from the junction box using a wire nut.
- Connect the ground wire from the fixture to the ground wire from the junction box (or to the bare copper wire from the junction box) using a wire nut.
- Carefully tuck all wires into the junction box.
- Secure Fixture: Align the fixture (Part A) with the base plate (Part B) and secure it using the provided screws. Ensure the fixture is flush against the ceiling/wall and no gaps are visible.
- Restore Power: Turn the power back ON at the circuit breaker. Test the light fixture to ensure it functions correctly.

6. Operating Instructions
The Everlume Collection LED Linear Panel Light is designed for simple operation.
Turning On/Off:
Operate the light fixture using a standard wall switch connected to the circuit. Flip the switch to the 'ON' position to illuminate the light and to the 'OFF' position to turn it off.
Dimming Functionality:
This fixture is dimmable. To utilize the dimming feature, ensure you have installed a compatible LED dimmer switch (sold separately) in place of a standard wall switch. Follow the dimmer switch manufacturer's instructions for operation.
Note: Not all dimmer switches are compatible with LED fixtures. Refer to the dimmer switch manufacturer's specifications for compatibility.
7. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and functionality of your light fixture.
- Cleaning: Before cleaning, ensure the power to the fixture is turned off. Use a soft, dry, or slightly damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or polishes as they may damage the finish or electrical components.
- LED Light Source: The LED light source is integrated and not user-replaceable. If the LED fails, the entire fixture may need to be replaced. Refer to the warranty information for details.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the fixture for any signs of damage, loose wiring, or wear. If any issues are found, disconnect power and consult a qualified electrician or contact customer support.
8. Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your light fixture, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
