Setup

1. Assemble the Food Tank: Insert the food tank into the slot on the main unit. Rotate clockwise until it clicks into place.
2. Attach the Lid: Place the lid on top of the food tank and rotate clockwise until it is securely fastened.
3. Install the Food Bowl: Insert the stainless steel food bowl into the base of the feeder.
4. Power Supply: Connect the AC adapter to the feeder and a power outlet. For backup, insert 3 D-cell batteries (not included) into the battery compartment at the bottom of the unit.
5. Fill the Food Tank: Open the lid and pour dry pet food (5-15mm diameter) into the translucent tank. Close the lid securely.

Operating Instructions

Touch Panel Overview

The feeder features a responsive touch panel for easy programming. The screen automatically locks after 3 minutes of inactivity to prevent accidental changes. To unlock, long-press the lock button.

Setting Meal Times and Portions

1. Unlock the Panel: If locked, long-press the lock icon on the touch panel.
2. Set Current Time: Use the clock icon to adjust the current time.
3. Program Meals: Select a meal number (e.g., ML1) and set the desired feeding time and number of portions (1-40). Repeat for up to 5 meals.
4. Manual Feeding: Press the manual feed button to dispense a single portion instantly.

Voice Recording

1. Record Message: Press and hold the record button (microphone icon) to record a 10-second voice message. Release the button to save.
2. Playback: The recorded message will play automatically three times during each scheduled meal.

Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions

• Disassembly: Remove the food bowl, food tank, and lid from the main unit.
• Washable Parts: The lid, food tank, and stainless steel tray are washable with water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before reassembly.
• Main Unit: The main unit is NOT waterproof. Clean it with a soft, damp cloth. Do not immerse in water.
• Desiccant Pack: Replace the desiccant pack in its dedicated tank periodically to maintain food freshness. (Desiccant sold separately).
