5. Setup Instructions

5.1. Unpacking and Inspection

5.2. Connecting to Propane Gas Supply

The stove requires a standard LP gas canister, an LP hose, and a gas regulator (all sold separately). Ensure these components are compatible and in good condition.

  1. Connect the gas regulator to your LP gas canister. Ensure a tight seal.
  2. Connect the LP hose from the regulator to the gas inlet on the side of the stove. Tighten securely with a wrench to prevent air leakage.
  3. Once connected, slowly open the valve on the LP gas canister.

5.3. Leak Test

Before first use and after every gas canister change, perform a leak test:

  1. Mix a solution of soapy water (50% soap, 50% water).
  2. Ensure all stove burner knobs are in the "OFF" position.
  3. Open the LP gas canister valve.
  4. Apply the soapy water solution to all gas connections (regulator to tank, hose to regulator, hose to stove inlet).
  5. If bubbles appear, there is a leak. Tighten the connection and re-test. If leaks persist, do not use the stove and contact customer support.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1. Lighting a Burner

  1. Ensure the LP gas canister valve is open.
  2. Push down and rotate the desired burner knob to the "ON" or "HIGH" position.
  3. Immediately apply a flame (e.g., from a long lighter or match) to the burner.
  4. Once ignited, adjust the flame to your desired cooking level using the knob.
  5. For first use, it may take several attempts (7 or more ignitions) to light a burner as air needs to be purged from the gas hose.
