This manual provides detailed instructions for the assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your BASETBL Ergonomic Office Chair. Please read this manual thoroughly before assembly and use to ensure proper function and safety.
Safety Information
- Ensure all parts are present and undamaged before assembly.
- Do not overtighten screws during assembly, especially for armrests. Tighten all screws only after all components are in place.
- Do not stand on the chair.
- Do not use the chair if any parts are missing, damaged, or worn.
- Keep children away from the assembly area.

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps carefully for proper assembly. All necessary tools and detailed instructions are included.
- Attach the mechanism plate to the bottom of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism aligns with the front of the seat.
- Attach the armrests to the seat cushion. Important: Do not fully tighten the screws for the armrests at this stage.
- Insert the casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the star base.
- Carefully place the assembled seat and armrest onto the gas lift cylinder.
- Attach the backrest to the seat and armrests.
- Once all components are in place, tighten all screws, especially those for the armrests, to secure the chair.
Installation Tip: Don't tighten the screws while installing the armrests. Assemble all components first, then tighten all screws at the end.
Operating Instructions
Height Adjustment
To adjust the chair height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards while applying or releasing body weight. Release the lever at the desired height.
Tilt Function
The chair features a 90-110° tilt function. Pull the lever outwards to unlock the tilt mechanism, allowing the chair to recline. Push the lever inwards to lock the chair in an upright position.

Ergonomic Support
The chair is designed with an S-shaped ergonomic curve to fit the spine's natural curve, providing all-day support for the neck, lumbar, and thickened leg support.

Maintenance
- Regularly check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten as necessary.
- Clean the PU leather and mesh fabric surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Periodically inspect casters for debris (hair, dust) and clean them to ensure smooth rotation.
- Avoid exposing the chair to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures to prevent material degradation.
Troubleshooting

| Squeaking noises | Loose connections or friction | Tighten all screws. Apply a small amount of silicone spray to moving parts if necessary, avoiding contact with upholstery. |
