1. Important Safety Information

Please read this entire manual before assembling or operating the AXV Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike. Keep this manual for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in serious injury or damage to the equipment.

  • Consult your physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions.
  • Keep children and pets away from the exercise bike during operation.
  • Place the exercise bike on a flat, stable surface with adequate clearance around it.
  • Ensure all bolts and nuts are securely tightened before each use.
  • Wear appropriate exercise attire and footwear.
  • Do not exceed the maximum user weight of 330 pounds (150 kg).
  • Use the emergency stop function immediately if you feel unwell or experience discomfort during your workout.

3. Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your AXV Indoor Cycling Exercise Bike. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

  1. Attach Stabilizers: Secure the front and rear stabilizers to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers. Ensure they are firmly tightened.
  2. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Thread them into the crank arms and tighten securely with a wrench.
  3. Assemble Seat: Attach the seat to the seat post, then insert the seat post into the main frame. Adjust to your desired height and secure with the adjustment knob.
  4. Install Handlebars: Attach the handlebars to the handlebar post, then insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Adjust to your desired height and secure with the adjustment knob.
  5. Mount LCD Monitor: Connect the monitor cables to the corresponding ports on the handlebars. Slide the LCD monitor onto its bracket on the handlebars.
  6. Attach Water Bottle Holder: Secure the water bottle holder to the designated area on the frame using the provided screws.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the bike's functions before beginning your workout.

4.1 Adjusting Seat and Handlebars

Proper adjustment ensures comfort and reduces the risk of injury.

  • Seat Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the seat post, raise or lower the seat until your leg has a slight bend at the knee when the pedal is at its lowest point. Tighten the knob securely.
  • Seat Fore/Aft: Loosen the knob under the seat, slide the seat forward or backward to align your knee over the pedal spindle when the pedals are horizontal. Tighten the knob.
  • Handlebar Height: Loosen the adjustment knob on the handlebar post, raise or lower the handlebars to a comfortable position. Tighten the knob securely.

4.2 Adjusting Magnetic Resistance

The bike features a magnetic resistance system for a smooth and quiet workout.

  • Increase Resistance: Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase the workout intensity.
  • Decrease Resistance: Turn the resistance knob counter-clockwise to decrease the workout intensity.
  • Emergency Stop: Press down firmly on the resistance knob to engage the emergency brake and stop the flywheel immediately.

4.3 Using the LCD Monitor

The LCD monitor tracks your workout data.

  • Functions: The monitor displays Time, Speed, Distance, Calories Burned, and Odometer.
  • Operation: The monitor typically activates automatically when you start pedaling. Use the button (if present) to cycle through display modes or reset values.

4.4 Moving the Exercise Bike

The integrated transport wheels allow for easy relocation of the bike.

  • Grasp the handlebars firmly.
  • Tilt the bike forward until it rests on its front transport wheels.
  • Carefully roll the bike to its desired location.
  • Gently lower the bike back onto its stabilizers.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and safe operation of your exercise bike.

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
  • Check Connections: Periodically inspect all bolts, nuts, and adjustment knobs to ensure they are tight. Tighten if necessary.
  • Belt Drive: The magnetic resistance and belt drive system are designed for low maintenance. No lubrication is typically required for the belt.
  • Storage: Store the bike in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.

6. Troubleshooting
