If you encounter issues with your ILIFE V80 Max, refer to the following common troubleshooting steps:
- Robot not charging: Ensure the charging dock is powered on and the robot's charging contacts are clean and properly aligned with the dock.
- Wi-Fi connection issues: Verify your router is broadcasting a 2.4Ghz network. Ensure the robot is within range of the router. Try restarting both the robot and your router.
- Robot getting stuck frequently: Clear obstacles such as loose cables, small rugs, or furniture that might impede movement. The robot's anti-collision sensors help, but a clear path is optimal.
- Mopping function not working: Check if the water tank is filled and correctly installed. Ensure the mop cloth is clean and properly attached.
- Reduced suction power: Empty the dustbin and clean the high-performance filter. Check for any blockages in the suction inlet.
