Important Safeguards

Operating Instructions

- Plug In: Once the heating probe is securely attached, plug the power cord into a standard 120V AC electrical outlet.
- Set Temperature: Turn the temperature control dial on the heating probe to your desired heat setting. Refer to the table below for approximate cooking temperatures. The indicator light will illuminate, signaling that the griddle is heating.
- Preheat: Allow the griddle to preheat until the indicator light turns off, indicating it has reached the set temperature. This usually takes a few minutes.
- Cook: Place food directly onto the preheated nonstick cooking surface. The spacious 20" x 10.5" surface allows for cooking multiple items simultaneously, such as pancakes, eggs, bacon, burgers, or quesadillas.
