Troubleshooting
Connectivity Issues
- Wi-Fi Compatibility: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. The system does not support 5GHz networks.

- Installation: Verify that sensors are installed correctly according to the instructions. For door/window sensors, ensure the two parts are properly aligned.
- PIR Sensitivity: If the PIR motion sensor is causing false alarms, you may need to adjust its sensitivity settings within the app or reposition it to avoid detecting pets or environmental factors.
Camera Issues
- Power: Ensure the camera is properly connected to its power adapter.
- Wi-Fi Connection: Confirm the camera is connected to your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network. Re-pair if necessary.
