1. Unpack and Identify Parts: Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list in your package. Separate hardware by type.

2. Assemble Side Panels: Attach the smaller panels to the main side panels using the provided dowels and screws. Ensure a secure fit.

3. Install Drawer Slides: Secure the drawer slides to the inner sides of the cabinet using the designated screws. Pay attention to the left and right slide orientation.

4. Attach Casters: Fasten the casters to the bottom panel of the cabinet. Two of the casters include locking mechanisms for stability.

5. Assemble Drawers: Construct each of the three drawers. The top two drawers are shallower, while the bottom drawer is deeper for larger items.

Usage and Care

Proper Usage

• Do not exceed the stated load capacities for the top plate (30kg) and individual drawers (Upper/Middle: 10kg, Lower: 15kg).
• Distribute weight evenly within drawers to prevent tipping or damage.
• When moving the cabinet, ensure all drawers are closed and locked if applicable. Unlock casters before moving and lock them once in the desired position.
• The small casters on the third drawer are designed to prevent tipping when the drawer is fully extended. Do not remove them.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that may damage the melamine finish.
• For stubborn stains, use a mild soap solution and immediately dry the surface.
• Regularly check and tighten any loose screws to maintain stability.
• Keep the cabinet away from direct sunlight and excessive moisture to prevent warping or discoloration.

Troubleshooting

Drawers do not slide smoothly:

• Check if the drawer slides are correctly installed and aligned.
• Ensure no objects are obstructing the drawer tracks.
• Verify that the screws securing the slides are tightened properly.

Cabinet is wobbly:

• Confirm all assembly screws are fully tightened.
• Ensure the cabinet is placed on a flat, level surface.
• Check if the casters are securely attached and, if applicable, locked.

Missing parts:

• Carefully re-check the packaging and all contents. Small parts can sometimes be overlooked.
