5. Setup
5.1 Power Connection
- Ensure the unit is placed on a stable surface.
- Connect the supplied power adapter to the AC IN port on the rear of the unit.
- Plug the power adapter into a suitable wall outlet.
5.2 Antenna Connection (for Radio)
For optimal DAB+ and FM radio reception, ensure the telescopic antenna on the rear of the unit is fully extended.
5.3 External Audio Connection (Optional)
If you wish to connect the system to external speakers or an amplifier:
- Connect RCA cables (not supplied) from the LINE OUT ports on the rear of the TCD-2570 to the audio input ports on your external amplifier or powered speakers.

6. Operating Instructions
6.1 General Operation
- Power On/Off: Press the POWER button on the front panel.
- Volume Adjustment: Rotate the VOLUME knob.
- Source Selection: Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select your desired audio source (Phono, CD, Tape, DAB+, FM, Bluetooth, USB).
6.2 Turntable Operation

- Lift the top lid of the unit.
- Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select PHONO mode.
- Place a vinyl record on the turntable platter. If playing a 45 RPM single, place the 45 RPM adapter on the spindle first.
- Set the speed selector switch to the correct speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record.
- Gently lift the tonearm from its rest and position the stylus over the desired track on the record.
- Slowly lower the tonearm onto the record. Playback will begin automatically.
- To stop playback, lift the tonearm and return it to its rest.
6.3 CD Player Operation

- Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select CD mode.
- Insert a CD into the CD slot with the label side facing up. The CD will load automatically.
- The display will show "READING" and then the total number of tracks.
- Press the PLAY/PAUSE button to start playback.
- Use the SKIP buttons (◀◀ / ▶▶) to navigate between tracks.
- Press the STOP button to stop playback.
6.4 Cassette Player Operation
- Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select TAPE mode.
- Insert a cassette tape into the cassette slot on the side of the unit.
- Use the cassette control buttons (Play, Stop, Fast Forward, Rewind) to operate the cassette player.
6.5 DAB+/FM Radio Operation
- Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select DAB+ or FM mode.

6.6 Bluetooth Operation
- Rotate the FUNCTION/RECORD knob to select BLUETOOTH mode. The display will show "PAIRING".
- Enable Bluetooth on your smartphone or other Bluetooth-enabled device.
- Search for "TCD-2570" in your device's Bluetooth list and select it to pair.
- Once paired, you can play audio from your device through the TCD-2570.
- Use your connected device or the TCD-2570's playback controls (PLAY/PAUSE, SKIP) to control music.
6.7 USB Recording
The TCD-2570 allows direct recording from Phono, CD, or Cassette to a USB drive.
- Insert a USB flash drive into the USB port on the front panel.
- Select the desired source (Phono, CD, or Tape) using the FUNCTION/RECORD knob.
- Start playback of the source material (e.g., play a record, CD, or cassette).
- Press the RECORD button (part of the FUNCTION/RECORD knob) to begin recording. The display will indicate recording status.
- Press the RECORD button again to stop recording. The recorded audio will be saved as an MP3 file on the USB drive.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Always unplug the unit from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- For the turntable stylus, use a soft brush designed for stylus cleaning, brushing gently from back to front.
