Setup and Installation

Tools Required:

• Measuring Tape
• Hole Saw (Recommended size: 4.25 inches)
• Wire Strippers

Installation Steps:

1. Turn Off Power: Before starting, ensure the power to the installation area is turned off at the circuit breaker to prevent electric shock.
2. Cut Hole: Using a hole saw, cut a 4.25-inch to 4.5-inch diameter hole in the ceiling at the desired location. Ensure there are no obstructions like pipes or wires behind the cutting area.
3. Connect Wiring: Open the J-box cover. Connect the household electrical wires (Live, Neutral, Ground) to the corresponding wires inside the J-box using wire nuts. Ensure all connections are secure.
4. Connect Fixture to J-Box: Connect the cable from the LED downlight fixture to the J-box. Ensure the connection is firm and secure.
5. Place J-Box: Tuck the J-box into the ceiling hole.
6. Secure Fixture: Push the spring-loaded clips on the sides of the downlight fixture upwards. Insert the fixture into the ceiling hole. The clips will spring back down, securing the light firmly against the ceiling.
7. Restore Power: Once the fixture is securely installed, turn the power back on at the circuit breaker.

Operating Instructions

Color Temperature Selection (5CCT)

Your FOXLUX recessed light features 5 selectable color temperatures. To change the color temperature, locate the small switch on the side of the integrated J-box. Slide the switch to select your desired color temperature: 2700K (Soft White), 3000K (Warm White), 3500K (Neutral White), 4000K (Cool White), or 5000K (Daylight).

Dimming Function
