3. Setup Guide

3.1 Unboxing and Components

3.2 Power Connection

1. Connect the USB cable to the Type C port at the base of the lamp.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into the provided power adapter.
3. Insert the power adapter into a standard wall outlet. The lamp will power on.

3.3 App Installation and Pairing

1. Download the 'Smart Life' app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
2. Register or log in to your 'Smart Life' account.
3. Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4GHz WiFi network. (5GHz networks are not supported for initial pairing).
4. In the 'Smart Life' app, tap the '+' icon in the top right corner to add a device.
5. Select 'Lighting' > 'Light Source (Wi-Fi)'.
6. Follow the on-screen instructions to put the lamp into pairing mode (usually by cycling power or holding a button until it blinks).
7. Confirm the indicator light is blinking rapidly and proceed with pairing in the app.
8. Once connected, you can rename your lamp for easier identification.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Touch Control

The lamp features a touch-sensitive top surface for basic control:

• Tap: Turn the lamp on/off.
• Long Press: Adjust brightness (dimming/brightening).
• Double Tap: Cycle through white light modes (2700K, 4000K, 5700K).

4.3 Voice Control (Alexa/Google Home)

To enable voice control, link your 'Smart Life' account to your Amazon Alexa or Google Home app:

1. Open your Alexa or Google Home app.
2. Navigate to 'Skills & Games' (Alexa) or 'Works with Google' (Google Home).
3. Search for 'Smart Life' and enable the skill/service.
4. Link your 'Smart Life' account when prompted.
5. Discover devices. Your Lepro lamp should now appear.
6. You can now use voice commands such as:
   • "Alexa/Hey Google, turn on/off [Lamp Name]."
   • "Alexa/Hey Google, dim/brighten [Lamp Name]."
   • "Alexa/Hey Google, set [Lamp Name] to red."
   • "Alexa/Hey Google, set [Lamp Name] to warm white."
