Troubleshooting
- Poor Reception: When listening to broadcasts, place the radio near a window and away from other electronic devices. Adjust the direction of the radio and extend the antenna for optimal reception. Due to the nature of FM and AM, FM reception may be weaker than AM in indoor environments with many obstacles. Reception sensitivity differs between indoor and outdoor environments with obstructions.
- Noise during Charging (AM): It is not recommended to use the radio while charging, especially for AM reception, as AC power may cause interference.
- Headphone Interference (FM): Some users have reported reduced FM reception sensitivity when headphones are connected. If you plan to listen to FM broadcasts with headphones, this model might not be ideal.
Maintenance
- Keep the radio away from water and other liquids.
- Avoid dropping or subjecting the device to strong impacts.
- Do not expose the radio to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the device yourself.
- If not using the radio for a long period, remove the battery or fully charge it every two months to maintain battery health.
