Troubleshooting
- Poor Wi-Fi Connectivity: Ensure your smartphone is within the recommended range (approx. 45ft/14m in open areas) and there are no significant obstructions. Bluetooth is used for initial discovery, then Wi-Fi for data transfer.
- SD Card Not Recognized: Ensure the SD card is inserted correctly. Try formatting the SD card through the camera's menu. If the issue persists, try a different compatible SD card (SD, SDHC, SDXC up to 256GB).
- Short Battery Life: Ensure you are using fresh, high-quality non-rechargeable AA batteries. Extreme temperatures can affect battery performance. Consider using an external 12V DC power source for prolonged deployment.
- Difficulty Aiming: The camera's screen is on the side. Use the live view feature in the "GardePro Mobile" app to assist with precise aiming after initial mounting.
