Kneading Function

The dough maker features a powerful 250-watt motor for efficient kneading. The machine operates in an intermittent status, mimicking natural kneading movements for softer dough.

  1. Add your desired ingredients (flour, water, yeast, etc.) into the stainless steel barrel. Ensure the total weight of ingredients does not exceed the machine's capacity (7 liters).
  2. Securely close and lock both the main lid and the conical lid.
  3. Select the kneading program using the touch panel controls. The microcomputer timing will manage the kneading process automatically.
  4. The kneading knife will rotate at 140-170r/min with intermittent pauses to ensure even kneading.
  5. Once the kneading cycle is complete, the machine will stop. Unlock and remove the lid to access your dough.
