2. Safety Instructions

Always observe the following safety precautions to reduce the risk of injury or damage:

• Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply matches the pump's specifications (240V). Always connect to a grounded outlet. Do not operate with damaged cables or plugs.
• Water Safety: Never operate the pump out of water. Do not use the pump for flammable, explosive, or corrosive liquids.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Hose Connection

The pump supports multiple hose sizes: 1 inch, 1-1/4 inch, G1 inch, and G1-1/2 inch. Choose the appropriate adapter for your hose.

1. Attach the desired hose adapter to the output tie-in.
2. Secure the discharge hose to the adapter using a hose clamp or by threading it if applicable.

4.2 Placement

Place the pump on a stable, flat surface in the water. Ensure the float switch can move freely and is not obstructed by obstacles.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Automatic Operation (Float Switch)

The pump is equipped with an automatic float switch for hands-free operation.

• When the water level rises and lifts the float switch to approximately 50 cm, the pump will automatically start.
• When the water level drops and the float switch falls to approximately 25 cm, the pump will automatically stop to prevent dry running.

5.2 Manual Operation

If the water level is too low for the float switch to operate automatically, you can operate the pump manually.

• To operate manually, ensure the float switch is secured in an "ON" position (e.g., by tying it up).
• Plug in the pump to start. Unplug to stop.
• In manual mode, the pump can reduce the water level down to 35 mm. Monitor the pump to prevent dry running.

5.3 Pumping Dirty Water

This pump is designed to handle dirty water with solid particles up to 35 mm in diameter.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the pump's lifespan.

• Cleaning: After each use, especially when pumping dirty water, rinse the pump with clean water to remove debris.
• Inspection: Periodically inspect the power cable, plug, and float switch for any signs of damage. Check the water suction port for blockages.
• Storage: Store the pump in a dry, frost-free location when not in use for extended periods.
