• Weight Capacity: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacities for each section:
  • Central top bar: 27 kg (59.5 lbs)
  • Extendable ends: 9 kg (19.8 lbs) per end
  • Bottom shelf: 81 kg (178.6 lbs)

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps carefully to assemble your VASAGLE Garment Rack. It is recommended to have two people for assembly.

1. Prepare the Base: Lay the rustic brown particleboard shelf (C) on a soft, flat surface. Attach the four wheel assemblies (W) to the designated holes on the underside of the shelf using the provided screws. Ensure two of the wheels with brakes are positioned on the same side for easy access.
2. Install Lower Pipe Supports: Connect the short pipe sections (A) to the base of the vertical support pipes (D and E) using the appropriate connectors. Secure these assemblies to the shelf (C) as indicated in the diagram.
3. Assemble Vertical Pipes: Attach the longer vertical pipe sections (D and E) to the lower pipe supports already fixed to the base. Ensure they are firmly connected.
4. Connect Top Bar: Attach the horizontal top bar (G) to the upper ends of the vertical pipes (D and E) using the provided connectors.
5. Install Extendable Bars: Insert the two extendable bars (H) into the ends of the horizontal top bar (G). These bars can be pulled out to extend the hanging space.
6. Final Check: Once assembled, gently shake the rack to ensure all connections are secure and stable. Tighten any loose screws if necessary.

• Hanging Garments: Use the main horizontal bar to hang clothes on hangers. For additional space, gently pull out the extendable bars on either side. Ensure the weight is distributed evenly and does not exceed the specified limits.
• Bottom Storage: The rustic brown shelf at the bottom is ideal for storing shoes, bags, storage boxes, or other accessories.
• Mobility: To move the garment rack, unlock the two braked wheels by flipping their levers. Push or pull the rack to your desired location. Once in place, lock the wheels to prevent unintended movement.
