3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically takes 30-60 minutes. It is recommended to have two people for easier assembly, though one person can manage.

3.1 Unpacking

  1. Carefully remove all components from the packaging.

  3. Lay out all parts on a clean, flat surface.

3.2 Assembly Steps

Follow these general steps for assembly. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed illustrations.

  1. Attach Stabilizer Bars: Secure the front and rear stabilizer bars to the main frame using the provided bolts and washers.
  2. Install Pedals: Identify the left (L) and right (R) pedals. The left pedal screws counter-clockwise, and the right pedal screws clockwise. Ensure they are fully tightened to prevent stripping.
  3. Mount Seat Post and Seat: Insert the seat post into the main frame and secure it at the desired height. Attach the seat to the seat post.
  4. Install Handlebar Post and Handlebar: Insert the handlebar post into the main frame. Attach the handlebar to the post and secure it.
  5. Connect Monitor: Attach the LCD monitor to the handlebar post. Connect any necessary sensor wires from the bike to the monitor. Insert 2 AAA batteries (not included) into the monitor.
  6. Attach Phone Holder and Water Bottle Holder: Secure these accessories to their designated spots on the bike frame.

  • Seat Height: The seat has 11 levels of height adjustment. Loosen the adjustment knob, slide the seat post to your desired height, and re-tighten the knob securely. The seat can also be moved forward or backward.
  • Handlebar Height: The handlebar has 5 levels of height adjustment. Loosen the adjustment knob, raise or lower the handlebar to a comfortable position, and re-tighten.
  • Ensure your knees have a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke for optimal comfort and to prevent injury.

  • TIME: Displays the duration of your workout.
