Setup
1. Charging the Device
Before first use, fully charge the massage gun using the provided Type-C charging cable. The device features a large capacity battery for extended use.

2. Attaching Massage Heads
Select the desired massage head based on the area of the body and desired intensity. Gently push the chosen head into the device's opening until it is securely in place. To remove, pull the head straight out.
- Palm-Sized Head: Ideal for general muscle relaxation.
- Green Soft Head: Suitable for sensitive areas and gentle massage.
- Gray Gentle Head: Provides a balanced massage experience.

Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button to turn the device on or off.
2. Adjusting Massage Modes and Intensity
The SKG F5 offers 3 variable speeds up to 3200 RPM. Press the mode button to cycle through the intensity levels. LED indicators will illuminate to show the current speed setting.
- Intensity 1: 1800 RPM
- Intensity 2: 2500 RPM
- Intensity 3: 3200 RPM
3. Activating Heat Function
The device features a heating area at the bottom of the handle. Press the heat button to activate and cycle through 3 heating levels (104-127°F). This function helps warm muscles and promote blood circulation.

4. Usage Guidelines
Apply the massage gun to the desired muscle groups. Move the device slowly over the muscles, applying gentle pressure. The 10mm vibration amplitude helps to break up knots and relieve tight muscles. The device has a 10-minute auto-off feature to protect your body and the device.
