Maintenance
1. Cleaning
Wipe the headset surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. For ear cushions, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure they are completely dry before use. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
2. Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the headset frequently. Store the headset in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods. Recharge the battery regularly, even if not used daily.
Troubleshooting
- No Sound/Microphone Not Working:
- Ensure the headset is powered on and fully charged.
- Verify the correct audio output/input device is selected in your computer's sound settings or mobile device's audio settings.

- For Bluetooth, ensure the headset is paired and connected to your device. Try unpairing and re-pairing.

- Disconnection Issues:
- Ensure the headset is within range of the LIGHTSPEED receiver or Bluetooth device (typically up to 10 meters).
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices.
- Ensure the headset battery is not critically low.
- Poor Sound Quality:
- Check the audio source for quality issues.
- Ensure the headset is not too far from the receiver/device.
