Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for quick and easy assembly. A drill can be used to speed up the process, but an Allen wrench is provided for manual assembly.

1. Unfold Frame Sections: Carefully remove the two main folding bed frame sections from the packaging. Place them side-by-side on a flat, clear surface. Unfold each section completely, ensuring the legs are extended.
2. Secure Leg Supports: For each leg, locate the wing nut and the small arm that connects the leg to the frame. Loosen the wing nut, pull the leg slightly to create tension, and slide the arm into place over the wing nut. Tighten the wing nut securely. Repeat this for all eight leg supports (four on each frame section). This step may require some force to ensure a tight fit.
3. Connect Frame Halves (Outer): Take the connecting bars labeled 'N' (4 pieces). Align the holes on these bars with the corresponding holes on the outer edges of the two unfolded frame sections. Insert the provided bolts and tighten them using the Allen wrench or a drill. Ensure a snug fit to prevent movement.
4. Connect Frame Halves (Inner): Take the connecting bars labeled 'P' (2 pieces). Align the holes on these bars with the corresponding holes on the inner edges of the two unfolded frame sections. Insert the provided bolts and tighten them securely.
5. Final Check: Once all connecting bars are in place and tightened, ensure all legs are fully extended and locked. The frame should be stable and level.
