  • Wrist receivers typically clear calls automatically after a set time or when acknowledged.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Cleaning

  • Wipe all units with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by drying.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • While call buttons are splash-resistant (IPX56), do not immerse them in water.
  • Wrist receivers are IPX67 waterproof, but avoid prolonged submersion.

5.2 Battery Replacement (Call Buttons)

Call buttons use 12V A23 type batteries, which are easy to replace.

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the call button.
  2. Open the compartment cover.
  3. Remove the old battery and insert a new 12V A23 battery, ensuring correct polarity.
  4. Close the compartment cover securely.

5.3 Wrist Receiver Charging

Wrist receivers are rechargeable via USB. A full charge provides approximately 24 hours of daily use and 7 days of standby time.

6. Troubleshooting

6.1 No Signal Reception

  • Check Power: Ensure the main display unit is powered on and connected to the AC adapter.
  • Check Antenna: Verify the antenna on the main display unit is securely attached.
  • Call Button Battery: Replace the battery in the call button if it's low or depleted.
  • Range: Ensure the call button is within the effective range of the main display unit (50-100m indoors, up to 500m open space). Obstacles like thick walls can reduce range. Consider adding a repeater if range is an issue.
  • Interference: Other wireless devices might cause interference. Try repositioning units.

6.2 Incorrect Number Display

  • Re-pair Units: If a call button displays an incorrect number or no number, it may need to be re-paired with the main display unit. Refer to the detailed pairing instructions in the full manual.
  • Remote Control: Use the remote control to verify and adjust number settings.

6.3 Wrist Receiver Not Alerting

  • Charge Battery: Ensure the wrist receiver is fully charged.
  • Check Settings: Verify the wrist receiver is not set to mute or silent mode.
  • Pairing: Confirm the wrist receiver is correctly paired with the system.

6.4 Compatibility Note (Chip Update)

Due to a global chip shortage, the product's chip has been updated as of June 2021. Old models used GM chips, while new models use FSK chips. FSK receivers can receive both GM and FSK signals. However, older GM receivers cannot receive FSK signals directly. It is possible to convert FSK button signals to GM signals using a new FSK repeater, allowing GM receivers to receive FSK button signals. Please contact customer support if you have compatibility concerns with existing older units.
