1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of your TEANDE Electric Pressure Washer. Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference.

Your TEANDE Electric Pressure Washer is designed for effective cleaning with features such as a smart touch screen for pressure adjustment, multiple nozzle options, and a powerful 1800W motor. It is suitable for various outdoor cleaning tasks including decks, patios, driveways, siding, cars, and outdoor power equipment.

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Always follow basic safety precautions when using this product to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or personal injury.

  • Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and protective footwear.
  • Never point the spray gun at people, pets, or electrical devices. The high-pressure spray can cause serious injury.
  • Ensure the power cord and plug are in good condition before each use. Do not use if damaged.
  • Connect the pressure washer only to a grounded outlet.
  • Do not operate the pressure washer in the rain or near standing water.
  • Keep children and pets away from the operating area.
  • Always disconnect the power supply before performing any maintenance or cleaning.

4. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your pressure washer for first use:

  1. Unpack and Inspect: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Attach High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 5m high-pressure hose to the high-pressure outlet on the pressure washer unit. Connect the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are secure to prevent leaks.
  3. Connect Water Supply:
    • From Faucet: Connect a standard garden hose (not included) to the water inlet on the pressure washer unit. Connect the other end of the garden hose to a water faucet. Ensure the inlet filter is properly installed.
    • Self-Priming: For self-priming operation, place the water inlet hose into a clean water source (e.g., a bucket). Ensure the inlet filter is submerged and free of debris.

  4. Connect Power: Plug the 10m power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
  5. Extend Telescopic Handle: Pull the telescopic aluminum handle upwards to your desired height for comfortable use and transport.

5. Operating Instructions

Once setup is complete, you can begin operating your pressure washer:

  1. Power On: Press the power button on the smart touch screen to turn on the unit.
  2. Adjust Pressure: Use the +/- buttons on the smart touch screen to select one of the 3 gear levels: Soft, Medium, or Strong. The screen will display the current pressure setting.

  4. Select Nozzle: Choose the appropriate nozzle for your cleaning task. The 4 color-coded nozzles offer different spray patterns and pressures:
    • 0º (Red): Strongest, pinpoint pressure for tough, concentrated cleaning.
    • 15º (Yellow): Hard surfaces, for intense cleaning of concrete, brick, or other hard materials.
    • 25º (Green): Easy to remove, for general cleaning of siding, decks, or vehicles.
    • 40º (White): Gently wash, for delicate surfaces like windows or soft washing.

  5. Apply Soap (Optional): Fill the soap bottle with appropriate pressure washer detergent. Attach it to the spray gun. The pressure washer will automatically mix the detergent with water.
  6. Begin Cleaning: Squeeze the trigger on the spray gun to start the water flow. The Total Stop System (TSS) will automatically shut down the pump motor when the trigger is not in use, saving energy and extending pump life.
  7. Power Off: Release the trigger and press the power button on the smart touch screen to turn off the unit when finished.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your pressure washer:

  • Cleaning: After each use, wipe down the exterior of the unit with a damp cloth.
  • Hose and Cord Storage: Utilize the integrated hose reel to neatly store the high-pressure hose. The power cord can also be wrapped for easy access.
  • Nozzle Storage: Store the spray nozzles in the designated integrated storage compartment to prevent loss.

  • Inlet Filter: Regularly check and clean the inlet filter to prevent debris from entering the pump.
  • Winterization: If storing in freezing temperatures, ensure all water is drained from the pump and hoses to prevent damage. Consider using a pump protector.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your pressure washer, refer to the following common problems and solutions:
