Setup

1. Charging the Speaker

Before first use, fully charge your Ortizan X10 speaker. A full charge takes approximately 30 hours (this seems like a typo in the source data, usually charging time is much shorter, but I will use the provided data).

• Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port (located under the protective flap).
• Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included).
• The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

2. Bluetooth Pairing

To connect your speaker to a device:

• Power on the speaker by pressing and holding the power button. The speaker will enter Bluetooth pairing mode, indicated by a blinking blue light.
• On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
• Select "Ortizan X10" from the list of devices.
• Once connected, the speaker will provide an audio confirmation, and the blue light will become solid.

3. Dual Pairing (TWS Function)

For a true wireless stereo experience, you can pair two Ortizan X10 speakers together:

• Ensure both Ortizan X10 speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
• On one speaker, press and hold the TWS button (refer to the speaker's button layout). The speaker will enter TWS pairing mode.
• The two speakers will automatically connect to each other. Once connected, one speaker will act as the master (left channel) and the other as the slave (right channel).
• Now, connect your device to the master speaker via Bluetooth as described in step 2.

Operating the Speaker

Basic Controls

RGB Light Show

The speaker features dynamic RGB lights on both ends that synchronize with your music. Use the Light Mode button to switch between various lighting effects or to turn them off if preferred.

Audio Playback

In addition to Bluetooth, the speaker supports audio playback via:

• AUX-in: Connect an external audio device using a 3.5mm audio cable.
• TF Card: Insert a Micro SD (TF) card with your music files into the designated slot. The speaker will automatically play music from the card.

Making/Receiving Phone Calls

The built-in microphone allows for hands-free calling when connected to your smartphone.

• Answering/Ending Calls: Short press the Call button.
• Rejecting Calls: Long press the Call button.

Maintenance

Waterproof Care

The Ortizan X10 is IPX7 waterproof. To maintain its waterproof integrity:

• Ensure the charging port and AUX-in port covers are securely closed before exposing the speaker to water.
• Do not expose the speaker to saltwater or other chemicals. If it comes into contact, rinse it with fresh water and dry thoroughly.
• Avoid prolonged submersion beyond the specified depth and time.

Cleaning

Wipe the speaker with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your speaker, try the following solutions:

• Speaker won't turn on: Ensure the battery is charged. Connect to a power source and try again.
• Cannot pair with device: Make sure the speaker is in pairing mode (blinking blue light). Check if Bluetooth is enabled on your device. Try forgetting the device on your phone and re-pairing.
