  2. Place the band in the provided adjustment tool, aligning the pin with the tool's pusher.

Operating the Chronograph

The chronograph function allows for precise timing of events. Your watch features three sub-dials:

  • Second Sub-dial: Tracks seconds for the chronograph.
  • Minute Sub-dial: Tracks minutes for the chronograph.
  • 24-Hour Sub-dial: Displays time in a 24-hour format, often synchronized with the main time.

To operate the chronograph:

  1. Press the top pusher (button) to start the chronograph. The second and minute sub-dials will begin to move.
  2. Press the top pusher again to stop the chronograph. The sub-dials will hold their current position, showing the elapsed time.
  3. Press the bottom pusher to reset the chronograph. All sub-dials will return to their zero positions.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe your watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt. For the stainless steel band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying.
  • Water Resistance: While water resistant to 30 meters, avoid exposing the watch to hot water, steam, or direct high-pressure water jets. Do not operate the crown or pushers when the watch is wet or submerged.
  • Temperature Extremes: Avoid exposing your watch to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) or sudden temperature changes, as this can affect the movement and seals.
  • Chemicals: Keep the watch away from solvents, detergents, perfumes, and cosmetics, as these can damage the case, band, or seals.
  • Battery Replacement: This watch uses a quartz movement. When the watch stops or the second hand begins to jump erratically, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician to ensure proper sealing and water resistance.
