- MENU Button: Press to cycle through the 12 preset programs.

Baking Process
- Add Ingredients: Add ingredients to the bread pan in the order specified by your recipe (typically liquids first, then dry ingredients, with yeast last and separate from liquids/salt). Ensure the kneading paddle is correctly installed.
- Select Program: Close the lid. Press the MENU button repeatedly until the desired program number appears on the LCD display. The 12 preset functions include: Basic, French, Whole Wheat, Quick, Sweet, Ultra Fast-I, Ultra Fast-II, Dough, Jam, Cake, Sandwich, and Bake.
- Select Loaf Size: Press the LOAF SIZE button to choose between 700g (1.5lb) or 1000g (2lb) capacity.
- Select Crust Color: Press the COLOR button to choose your preferred crust browning: Light, Medium, or Dark.
- Set Delay Timer (Optional): If you wish to delay the start of baking, use the TIMER buttons (< >) to set the desired delay time. The delay time includes the baking time.
- Start Baking: Press the START/STOP button. The bread maker will begin the selected program.
- Keep Warm Function: After baking is complete, the bread maker will automatically switch to a 60-minute "Keep Warm" cycle. This keeps the bread warm and fresh.
- Remove Bread: Once the program is complete and the keep warm cycle ends (or you manually stop it), unplug the appliance. Carefully remove the bread pan using oven mitts. Invert the pan to release the bread onto a wire rack to cool. Use the hook tool to remove the kneading paddle if it remains in the bread.
