Operating Instructions
Powering On and Off
- To power on, press the power switch located on the handle.
- To power off, release the power switch.
Speed Adjustment
The cutter features 5 adjustable speed settings to accommodate various materials and cutting requirements.
- Use the speed control button (labeled "Control") to cycle through the different speed settings.
- Select a lower speed for thicker or more delicate materials, and a higher speed for thinner fabrics or faster cutting.

Cutting Procedure
- Prepare Material: Lay the fabric or material flat on a stable cutting surface. For straight cuts, it is recommended to mark a line with chalk or another marker.
- Position Cutter: Place the cutter on the material, ensuring the blade is aligned with your desired cutting path. The three rollers under the base allow for smooth movement.
- Engage Power: Press the power switch to start the blade rotation.
- Cut Material: Gently push the cutter along the marked line. The machine is designed to cut multiple layers (up to 27mm/1.06 inches thick) of various materials such as cotton, leather, wool, silk, chemical fiber, and thick carpet.
- Maintain Control: Guide the cutter steadily. For curved cuts, move the cutter slowly and deliberately.
- Finish Cut: Once the cut is complete, release the power switch to stop the blade.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your cutter.
Blade Sharpening
The cutter includes a built-in whetstone for convenient blade sharpening.
- Ensure the machine is powered on and the blade is rotating.
- Press the whetstone button (located near the blade, often integrated with the speed control) for approximately 3 seconds. This will engage the whetstone against the blade, sharpening it.
- Release the button. The blade should now be sharp.

When the blade becomes dull or damaged beyond sharpening, it needs to be replaced.
- Unplug the Cutter: Always disconnect the power before attempting blade replacement.
- Remove Screws: Use the provided tools (hex screwdriver and blade screw wrench) to remove the three screws securing the blade cover and the main screw of the blade.
- Remove Old Blade: Carefully remove the old blade.
- Install New Blade: Place the new blade onto the spindle, ensuring it is correctly oriented ("HSS this side up").
- Secure Blade: Re-insert and tighten the main screw of the blade using the blade screw wrench.
- Reattach Cover: Re-attach the blade cover with the three screws.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Cutter does not turn on. | No power supply; damaged power cord; faulty switch. | Check power outlet and cord. Ensure switch is fully engaged. If problem persists, contact support. |
| Blade not cutting effectively. | Dull blade; incorrect speed setting; material too thick. | Sharpen the blade using the built-in whetstone. Adjust speed. Ensure material thickness is within specifications. Replace blade if necessary. |
| Cutter vibrates excessively or makes unusual noise. | Loose blade; damaged blade; internal component issue. | Unplug and check if the blade is securely fastened. Inspect blade for damage. If issues persist, discontinue use and contact support. |
| Cutter jams during operation. | Material buildup; blade obstruction; material too dense. | Unplug the cutter. Carefully remove any material obstructing the blade. Ensure material is suitable for cutting. |
