- Prepare Components: Unpack all boxes and lay out the components on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Identify each piece using the labels and the parts list in the manual.
- Assemble Lower Cabinet Base: Attach the side panels to the bottom panel using dowels and cam locks. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Install Drawer Slides: Secure the drawer slides to the designated side panels of the lower cabinet using the provided screws. Pay attention to the 'L' (left) and 'R' (right) markings.
- Construct Drawer: Assemble the drawer box using the drawer panels, dowels, and cam locks. Attach the remaining drawer slide components to the drawer box.
- Attach Back Panel (Lower): Slide the thin back panel into the grooves of the lower cabinet. Secure it with small nails or screws as indicated.
- Assemble Upper Cabinet Base: Similar to the lower cabinet, assemble the side panels and bottom panel for the upper section.
- Install Upper Shelves: Insert the shelf pins into the desired holes on the side panels. Place the adjustable shelves onto these pins.
- Attach Back Panel (Upper): Slide the thin back panel into the grooves of the upper cabinet and secure it.
- Connect Top and Bottom Sections: Carefully lift the assembled upper cabinet and align it with the lower cabinet. Secure them together using the provided connectors and screws. Assistance is recommended for this step.

- Install Magnetic Catches: Attach the magnetic catches to the inside of the cabinet frame and the corresponding metal plates to the doors to ensure they close securely.
- Attach Handles: Secure the black metal handles to the doors and the drawer front using the provided screws.
- Install Anti-Tip Kit: Attach the anti-tip brackets to the top rear of the cabinet and then secure them to a wall stud using appropriate wall anchors and screws. This is a critical safety step.
5. Operating Instructions
Your Yaheetech pantry cabinet is designed for flexible and organized storage.
- Adjustable Shelves: The cabinet features two inner adjustable shelves with 3 adjustable heights in both the upper and lower sections. To adjust, remove the shelf pins, reposition them to the desired height, and place the shelf back on the pins. This allows for customized storage of items of various sizes.
- Drawer Usage: The central drawer operates on smooth metal slides, providing easy access for smaller items like cutlery or kitchen tools.
- Door Mechanism: Doors are equipped with convenient magnetic catches to ensure they remain securely closed. The 180-degree hinges allow the doors to open wide for full access to the cabinet interior.

6. Maintenance
Proper care will extend the life and appearance of your cabinet.
- Cleaning: Wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the water-resistant coating.
- Spills: Clean up spills immediately to prevent moisture damage to the MDF material.
- Hardware: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
- Sunlight: Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to prevent fading or discoloration.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during or after assembly, consider the following:
- Wobbly Cabinet: Ensure all cam locks and screws are fully tightened. Verify the cabinet is on a level surface. The anti-tip kit, when properly installed, also adds stability.
- Misaligned Doors: Check that hinges are installed correctly and screws are tight. Minor adjustments can often be made by slightly loosening and re-tightening hinge screws.
- Drawer Not Sliding Smoothly: Ensure drawer slides are correctly installed and aligned. Check for any obstructions in the tracks.
- Missing Parts: Double-check all packaging. If parts are genuinely missing, contact customer support.
