3.1 Ergonomic Design for Natural Typing
The GM902 features a curved and split ergonomic structure designed to align with the natural posture of your hands and arms, reducing strain on wrists, hands, and shoulders compared to traditional flat keyboards.
- Split Keyset Design: Divides the keyboard into two sections, allowing your hands to rest at a more natural angle.
- Built-in Pillowed Wrist Rest: Made with skin-friendly synthetic leather, this wrist rest supports your palms, keeping your hands at a comfortable level with the keyboard and preventing wrist bending.

To clean your keyboard, gently wipe the keycaps and surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the finish.
4.2 Battery Care
To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the keyboard frequently. Charge it when the battery indicator shows low capacity. If storing for an extended period, charge the keyboard to about 50% and turn it off.
4.3 Storage
When not in use, store the keyboard in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Connectivity Issues
- Keyboard not connecting: Ensure the keyboard is powered on and the correct mode (2.4G, BT1, or BT2) is selected. For Bluetooth, ensure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and try re-pairing. For 2.4G, ensure the USB receiver is securely plugged in.
- Intermittent connection: Ensure the keyboard is within range of your device. Avoid obstructions that may interfere with the wireless signal.
5.2 Typing Issues
- Missed or repeated keystrokes: The keyboard may enter a sleep mode after a period of inactivity. Press any key to wake it up. Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
- Num Lock not working on Mac: Num Lock functionality may vary on Mac OS. Use alternative key combinations or system preferences if needed.
- Home/End keys on Mac: On Mac, Home and End functions are typically achieved using Cmd + Left Arrow and Cmd + Right Arrow, respectively.
5.3 Charging Issues
- Keyboard not charging: Verify that the USB cable is properly connected to both the keyboard and the power source. Try a different USB port or charging cable.
