1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

WARNING: Adult supervision is required at all times during operation.

  • Recommended Age: Suitable for children aged 36 months to 5 years.
  • Maximum Weight Capacity: 66 pounds.
  • Do not operate on rugged roads or slopes exceeding 40° to prevent accidents.
  • Ensure all assembly steps are completed correctly and securely before first use.
  • Always wear appropriate safety gear, including a helmet.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is quick and easy, typically taking about 60 minutes. The only tool required is a screwdriver.

  1. Connect Battery Wires: Locate the battery compartment and connect the wires as instructed.
  2. Install Training Wheels: Securely attach the training wheels to the rear of the motorcycle using the provided screws.
  3. Attach Handlebars: Mount the handlebars to the steering column and fasten them with screws. Ensure all wires are properly connected.
  4. Install Front Fairing/Headlight: Connect the headlight wires and attach the front fairing to the motorcycle body.
  5. Install Mirrors and Other Accessories: Attach any remaining accessories such as mirrors.

5. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls before riding:

  • Power Button: Located on the control panel, press to turn the vehicle on or off.
  • Forward/Reverse Switch: Changes the direction of movement.
  • Throttle Grip (Hand Racing): Turn the right handle counter-clockwise to accelerate and clockwise to slow down or stop.
  • Foot Brake: Press the foot pedal to engage the brake.
  • Music & Lights: The control panel features switches to turn on/off headlights and wheel lights. The built-in MP3 player allows for music playback via wireless connection to a phone or USB slot.
  • Battery Indicator: The display screen shows the power level. Recharge when the numerical value is less than 5 (for 1WD models) or less than 10 (for 2WD models).

6. Maintenance

  • Charging: Charge the 12V battery for 8-12 hours before first use and after each use. Do not overcharge.
  • Battery Care: The motorcycle uses a 12V 7Ah lead-acid battery. Avoid short circuits, fire, explosion, or burns. Do not charge in a sealed container. Recycle or dispose of properly. Do not disassemble, heat above 50°C, or incinerate.
  • Cleaning: Wipe the motorcycle with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or excessive water.
  • Storage: Store in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use.

7. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Motorcycle does not move. Battery is low or not connected. Throttle not engaged. Charge the battery. Ensure battery wires are securely connected. Turn the throttle grip correctly.
Lights or music not working. Switches are off. Loose connections. Check the light and music switches on the control panel. Verify all electrical connections.
Motorcycle makes clicking sound. Possible issue with the rear wheel mechanism. Inspect the rear wheel for any obstructions or damage. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
