Maintenance

Proper maintenance helps extend the life of your Beats Flex earbuds:

  • Cleaning: Gently wipe the earbuds and cable with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the device in liquids.
  • Eartips: Remove the eartips periodically and clean them with a damp cloth. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
  • Storage: When not in use, store your Beats Flex in a clean, dry place away from extreme temperatures. The magnetic earbuds help prevent tangling.
  • Water Resistance: The Beats Flex are water resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and light rain. They are not waterproof and should not be submerged in water. Avoid exposing them to pressurized water or high-velocity water.
