3. Setup Instructions

  1. Unpack the Air Purifier: Carefully remove the unit from its packaging. Retain packaging materials for future storage or transport.
  2. Remove Filter Packaging: Before first use, open the filter compartment and remove all plastic packaging from the filters. The unit will not function correctly if filters remain wrapped.
  3. Install Filters: Place the filters back into the unit in the correct order (Pre-filter, H13 True HEPA, Activated Carbon). Ensure they are securely seated.
  4. Position the Unit: Place the air purifier on a firm, level surface at least 1 foot (30 cm) away from walls or furniture to allow for optimal airflow.
  5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Zigma Aerio-300 features a touch control panel for easy operation.

Control Panel Functions:

  • Power Button: Press to turn the unit On or Off.
  • Fan Speed Adjustment: Cycle through different fan speeds (Low, Medium, High, Auto).
  • Negative Ion Button: Activates or deactivates the negative ion function.
  • Sleep Indicator: Activates Sleep Mode for quiet operation and dimmed lights.
  • Child Lock: Press and hold the Child Lock button for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate. This prevents accidental changes to settings.

Air Quality Indicator:

The unit features an LED indicator that changes color based on the detected air quality (PM2.5 levels):

  • Blue (0-30): Healthy Air Quality
  • Green (31-75): Healthy Air Quality
  • Orange (76-175): Unhealthy Air Quality
  • Red (>175): Unhealthy Air Quality

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficiency of your Zigma Aerio-300 Air Purifier.

Filter Replacement:

  • The air purifier is equipped with a Filter Life Time Reminder. When the filter needs replacement, an indicator light will illuminate.
  • To replace the filter: Turn off and unplug the unit. Open the filter compartment, remove the old filter, and insert a new Zigma Aerio-300 replacement filter.
  • After replacing the filter, reset the filter life indicator by pressing and holding the designated button (refer to control panel diagram) for 3-5 seconds until the indicator light turns off.

Cleaning the Unit:

  • Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Air Quality Sensor: Periodically clean the air quality sensor located on the side or back of the unit with a dry cotton swab to ensure accurate readings.

6. Troubleshooting
