SW-Motech Motorcycle Rear Bag Rackpack Instruction Manual

Model: 1 (42 Liters, Black)

Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper installation, operation, and maintenance of your SW-Motech Motorcycle Rear Bag Rackpack. Designed for durability and versatility, this 42-liter capacity bag is crafted from ballistic nylon, offering reliable storage for your motorcycle adventures. The photos show the sturdy substructure made of steel, to which the aluminium rack is attached by means of four M8 screws.

Setup: Attaching the Rackpack to Your Motorcycle

Follow these steps to securely attach your Rackpack to the motorcycle's rear rack or passenger seat.

  1. Prepare the Mounting Surface: Ensure your motorcycle's rear rack or passenger seat is clean and free from obstructions.
  2. Position the Rackpack: Place the Rackpack centrally on the rear rack or passenger seat, ensuring it does not interfere with the motorcycle's operation or rider comfort.
  3. Secure with Straps: Utilize the four provided straps to fasten the bag. Thread the straps through the designated loops on the bag and around secure points on your motorcycle's frame or rack.
  4. Tighten Buckles: Engage the quick-release buckles and pull the straps firmly to eliminate any slack. Ensure the bag is stable and does not shift when tugged.
  5. Manage Excess Strapping: Secure any excess strap material to prevent it from flapping during travel. Velcro clips are provided for this purpose.
