2. Important Safety Information

4. Product Features and Components
Familiarize yourself with the different parts of your GP80 jump starter:
- Power Button: Turns the unit on/off and activates the flashlight.
- Battery Level Indicator: LED lights showing the remaining battery capacity.
- USB Output Port (Quick Charge): For charging smartphones, tablets, and other USB-powered devices.
- USB-C Input/Output Port: For charging the jump starter itself or charging other devices.

5. Charging the GP80 Jump Starter
Before first use, fully charge the GP80. It is recommended to recharge the unit every 3 months to maintain battery health, even if not used.
- Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the USB-C Input/Output port on the GP80.
- Connect the other end of the USB-C cable to a USB wall adapter (not included) or a powered USB port.
- The battery level indicator lights will illuminate and flash during charging. All lights will be solid when fully charged.
A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours depending on the power source.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1. Jump Starting a Vehicle
Ensure the GP80 is at least 50% charged before attempting to jump start a vehicle.
- Connect the Smart Jumper Clamps: Insert the blue plug of the smart jumper clamps into the 12V Jump Start Port on the GP80. Ensure it is fully inserted.
- Connect to Car Battery:
- Connect the RED (+) clamp to the positive terminal of the car battery.
- Connect the BLACK (-) clamp to the negative terminal of the car battery or a solid metal part of the car chassis (unpainted metal).
The smart clamps have indicator lights and an audible alarm for safety. Refer to the clamp's manual for specific error codes.
- Start the Vehicle: Once the clamps are correctly connected and the smart clamp indicator light is solid green, start your vehicle's engine.
- Remove Clamps: As soon as the vehicle starts, remove the smart jumper clamps from the car battery first, then disconnect the blue plug from the GP80.
Important: Do not crank the engine for more than 3 seconds. If the vehicle does not start, wait at least 30 seconds before attempting again. Do not attempt more than 3 consecutive jump starts.
6.2. Charging Mobile Devices
The GP80 can also function as a portable power bank.
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to either the USB Output Port (Quick Charge) or the USB-C Input/Output Port on the GP80.
- Connect the other end of the cable to your mobile device.
- The GP80 will automatically begin charging your device.
6.3. Using the LED Flashlight
The built-in LED flashlight has multiple modes for convenience.
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn on the flashlight (steady mode).
- Press the Power Button once to switch to Strobe mode.
- Press the Power Button again to switch to SOS mode.
- Press the Power Button once more to turn off the flashlight.
