Thank you for choosing the SUNCREAT Double Hammock. This manual provides essential information for the safe and proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your hammock. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.

Safety Warning: Maximum weight capacity is 450 lbs. Securely anchor the hammock to stable supports. Be cautious of the curved spreader bar design to prevent accidental tipping. Always ensure the hammock is properly installed and stable before use.

2. Package Contents

Verify that all components are present before proceeding with assembly:

  • 1x Double Hammock (Poly-cotton Fabric with Bamboo Spreader Bars)
  • 1x Drawstring Carrying Bag
  • 2x Tree Straps (9.84 feet each)
  • 2x Carabiners

3. Setup Instructions

The SUNCREAT Double Hammock is designed for easy setup, whether using the included tree straps or a compatible hammock stand (not included).

3.1 Assembling the Spreader Bars

The curved spreader bars come in two splicing pieces for portability. To assemble:

  1. Align the two halves of each bamboo spreader bar.
  2. Push the metal button on one half and slide it into the other half until the button locks into place. Ensure a secure connection.
  3. Repeat for the second spreader bar.

3.2 Hanging the Hammock with Tree Straps

For optimal comfort and safety, choose two sturdy trees or posts that are approximately 11.2 feet apart. The hammock's total length from loop to loop is 11.2 feet.

  1. Wrap one tree strap around each chosen tree/post at your desired height. Ensure the straps are level.
  2. Thread the end of the strap through one of its loops to secure it around the tree.
  3. Attach a carabiner to one of the loops on each tree strap. The tree straps feature multiple loops for adjustable hanging height.
  4. Hook the O-shaped steel ring of each end of the hammock onto the carabiners.
  5. Ensure the hammock is taut and the curved spreader bars are facing upwards to create a comfortable, open bed.

3.3 Hanging the Hammock on a Stand

If using a hammock stand (not included), ensure it is compatible with a hammock length of 11.2 feet (loop to loop). Simply hook the O-shaped steel rings of the hammock onto the stand's hooks.

4. Operating Instructions

Once properly set up, your SUNCREAT Double Hammock provides a comfortable and relaxing experience.

4.1 Using the Hammock

  1. Carefully approach the center of the hammock.
  2. Sit down slowly, distributing your weight evenly.
  3. Adjust your position for optimal comfort. The curved spreader bars are designed to keep the hammock open and prevent a 'cocooning' effect.
  4. To exit, shift your weight towards the edge and stand up slowly.

4.2 Important Safety Notes

  • Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 450 lbs.

SUNCREAT hammocks come with a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use.
