Step 2: Connect the Second MoCA Adapter to Your Device

  1. In the room where you need extended Ethernet connectivity, connect the second MoCA adapter to the wall's coaxial outlet.
  2. Connect an Ethernet cable from the MoCA adapter's Ethernet port to your device (e.g., HDTV, set-top box, PC, gaming console).
  3. Plug in the power adapter to the second MoCA device and an electrical outlet.

Step 3: Verify Connection

Ensure the Power and Coax LEDs (lights) on both MoCA adapters are solid green. This indicates a successful connection and active MoCA network.

  • Not compatible with: Direct TV, Dish or other satellite TV, AT&T internet, or AT&T U-verse coax networks.
  • Warning: This product WILL NOT work if the coaxial cable in your home is also being used for cable TV and/or Internet Services from providers like Cox, Xfinity, or AT&T.

For optimal performance, it is recommended to purchase at least two MoCA adapters: one to convert the Ethernet signal to coaxial at your router, and another to convert the coaxial signal back to Ethernet at your device.
