Battery Replacement

When batteries are exhausted, remove the electronic module from the plush character. Open the battery compartment using a screwdriver and remove the old batteries. Dispose of old batteries properly according to local regulations. Insert 4 new AA non-mercury alkaline batteries, ensuring correct polarity. Close the battery compartment and reinsert the electronic module into the plush character. Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix alkaline, standard (carbon-zinc), or rechargeable batteries. Remove batteries before storing the product for extended periods or when batteries are exhausted.

Troubleshooting

  • Device not turning on or functions intermittently: Ensure the electronic module's main power switch is set to "ON" and not "Try Me" mode. Check that batteries are fresh and installed with correct polarity. Replace all batteries if necessary.
  • Buttons sticking or making loud sounds: This may indicate a manufacturing variation. Ensure the buttons are pressed firmly and directly. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
  • Light or music plays for shorter durations than expected: Verify that the device is not in "Try Me" mode, which often has shorter demonstration cycles. Ensure batteries are not low, as this can affect function duration.
  • Breathing motion is noisy: A slight motor sound is normal during breathing motion. If the noise is excessive or disruptive, ensure the module is correctly seated within the plush and not obstructed.
