Welcome to a new era of automatic scrubbers with the NUMATIC TTB 1840 NX Lithium Battery Automatic Scrubber Dryer. This compact and semi-automatic machine with traction is powered by our latest generation lithium battery, the NX300.

The TTB 1840 NX is designed for efficient and streak-free cleaning, even in highly frequented areas. Its intuitive control station and innovative water diffusion system ensure optimal performance. The machine is fully disassemblable and foldable, facilitating easy maintenance, storage, and transport.

2. Safety Information

Always read and understand all safety warnings and instructions before operating the TTB 1840 NX. Failure to follow these instructions may result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.

4. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.
  2. Assembly: The TTB 1840 NX is designed for quick assembly. Unfold the handle and secure it in the desired operating position. Ensure all locking mechanisms are engaged.
  3. Battery Installation: Insert the fully charged NX300 battery into its designated compartment until it clicks securely into place.
  4. Fill Water Tank: Open the clean water tank cap and fill with appropriate cleaning solution and water as per your cleaning requirements. Do not overfill.
  5. Check Recovery Tank: Ensure the recovery tank is empty before starting operation.

5. Operating Instructions

  1. Power On: Press the power button on the intuitive control station to turn on the machine.
  2. Select Mode: Choose the appropriate cleaning mode or brush speed if available.
  3. Engage Brushes and Suction: Lower the brush deck and squeegee assembly. Activate the water flow and suction system.
  4. Begin Cleaning: Guide the machine across the floor surface. The semi-automatic traction will assist in movement. Overlap passes slightly to ensure complete coverage.
  5. Monitor Tanks: Keep an eye on the clean water tank level and the recovery tank level. Refill clean water and empty dirty water as needed.
  6. Power Off: Once cleaning is complete, disengage brushes and suction, then turn off the machine.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your TTB 1840 NX.

  • After Each Use:
    • Empty and rinse the dirty water recovery tank thoroughly.
    • Rinse the clean water tank.
    • Clean the squeegee blades and check for wear.
    • Wipe down the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
  • Weekly/Bi-Weekly:
    • Inspect the brush for debris and wear. Clean or replace if necessary.
    • Check all hoses and connections for leaks or blockages.
    • Clean the filter (if applicable).
  • Battery Care:
    • Always charge the NX300 battery fully after each use.
    • Store the battery in a cool, dry place if not in use for extended periods.
  • Storage: The machine can be folded and partially disassembled for compact storage. Ensure all tanks are empty and clean before storing.

7. Troubleshooting

  • Machine not turning on: Check if the battery is properly inserted and fully charged. Ensure the power button is pressed firmly.
  • Poor water suction: Check if the recovery tank is full, the squeegee blades are clean and intact, and the suction hose is not blocked or kinked.
  • No water dispensing: Ensure the clean water tank is filled and the water flow system is activated. Check for blockages in the water lines.
  • Machine not moving smoothly: Check for obstructions around the wheels or brush. Ensure the traction system is engaged.
