Setup and Adjustment

Unboxing

Upon receiving your GAN Skewb, carefully remove it from its packaging. The package typically includes the GAN Skewb, GES v3 IPG (Purple), Megaminx’s Tutorials, GAN Ball, GAN Bag, and a VIP Card.

Adjusting Tension (GES PRO System)

The GAN Skewb features the GES PRO dual adjustment system, allowing you to customize the cube's tension and elasticity. This system provides 24 possible configurations to achieve your preferred handfeel.

1. Locate the adjustment tool (usually a small plastic tool) included with your cube.
2. Identify the GAN Tension Nut and Numerical Variable Nut on each axis.
3. Adjust the GAN Tension Nut for 6 levels of elasticity.
4. Adjust the Numerical Variable Nut for 4 levels of distances.
5. Experiment with different settings to find the optimal balance of speed and stability for your solving style.

Operating the Cube

The GAN Skewb is designed for smooth and fast rotations. Its unique mechanism allows for diagonal turns, which differ from traditional N-by-N cubes.

• To make a turn, rotate any corner piece. The cube will pivot around the center of that corner.
