The dispenser offers multiple preset temperatures and water volumes for convenience.

Important Safety Information

Setup

The Philips Water Dispenser is designed for easy setup with no complex installation required. It is a plug-and-play device.

  1. Unpack: Carefully remove the dispenser from its packaging. Remove all packing materials and protective films.
  2. Placement: Place the dispenser on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for ventilation.
  3. Fill Water Tank: Remove the detachable water tank. Fill it with potable tap water. Do not exceed the maximum fill line. Reattach the water tank securely to the dispenser.
  4. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The dispenser will power on and initiate its self-check process.
  5. Initial Flush (Recommended): For first-time use or after filter replacement, it is recommended to dispense a few cycles of water (e.g., 500ml at ambient temperature) to flush the system. Discard this water.

Operating Instructions

The dispenser offers intuitive controls for selecting water temperature and volume.

  1. Power On: Once plugged in, the dispenser is ready for use.
  2. Select Temperature: Use the temperature selection buttons to choose your desired water temperature:
    • Ambient: Room temperature water.
    • 45°C: Ideal for baby formula.
    • 85°C: Suitable for green tea and other delicate beverages.
    • 95°C: Perfect for coffee and black tea.
  3. Select Volume: Use the volume selection buttons to choose the desired water volume:
    • 150ml
    • 210ml
    • 300ml
    • 500ml
    • Continuous: Dispenses water until stopped manually.
  4. Engage Safety Lock: For hot water dispensing, the safety lock must be disengaged. Press the "Safety Lock" button to unlock. The indicator light will change. The safety lock automatically re-engages after a period of inactivity or after dispensing hot water.
  5. Dispense Water: Place your cup or container under the dispensing nozzle. Press the dispense button (usually indicated by a water drop icon) to start dispensing. Press again to stop if using continuous mode.

The dispenser's RO filtration system and UV-LED sterilization work continuously to ensure water purity. The UV-LED in the filtered water tank automatically operates every hour to eliminate 99.9% of bacteria, preventing secondary pollution.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your water dispenser.

Cleaning the Dispenser:

  • Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the dispenser with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
  • Drip Tray: The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Empty and rinse it regularly.
  • Water Tank: The detachable water tank should be cleaned periodically. Rinse it with clean water. For thorough cleaning, use a mild detergent and a soft brush, then rinse thoroughly.
  • Dispensing Nozzle: Wipe the dispensing nozzle area with a clean, damp cloth.

Filter Replacement:

The innovative All-in-One RO filtration system combines 5 stages of filtration in just 1 filter. The CleanSmart system automatically memorizes how much water has been filtered and will remind you when to replace the filter. The long-life filtration lasts up to 1 year, depending on usage and water quality.

  • When the filter replacement indicator illuminates, it's time to replace the RO filter.
  • Refer to the specific instructions provided with your replacement filter for detailed steps on how to remove the old filter and install the new one.
  • After replacing the filter, reset the filter life indicator according to the instructions.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Philips Water Dispenser, refer to the following common problems and solutions.
