Important Safety Information

• Do not bunch, sit on or against, or crush the pad. Avoid sharp folds to prevent damage to internal heating elements.
• To avoid burns, always place a piece of clothing between the heating pad and bare skin. For optimal warmth and safety, cover the heating pad with a blanket during use.
• Always unplug the heating pad when not in use.
• Do not use on infants, persons with sensitive skin, or individuals unable to operate the controls.
• Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions, including diabetes, circulatory problems, or nerve damage.

Setup Guide

1. Unpack the RENPHO Heating Pad from its packaging.
2. Ensure the controller is securely connected to the heating pad.
3. Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet.
4. Place the heating pad on the desired area of your body, ensuring a layer of clothing is between the pad and your skin.

Operating Instructions

Powering On and Adjusting Heat:

1. Locate the controller attached to the heating pad.
2. Slide the ON/OFF switch to the "ON" position. The display will illuminate.
3. Use the "+" and "-" buttons to select your desired heat level. The pad offers 10 temperature settings, ranging from 100℉ to 145℉.
4. The heating pad will warm up in a few seconds, providing effective relief.

Setting the Timer:

• The heating pad features a built-in timer that automatically switches off after 2 hours for safety.
• This feature ensures peace of mind, especially if you fall asleep during use.

Recommended Usage Areas:

The flexible design of the RENPHO Heating Pad allows it to conform to various body parts for targeted relief:

• Back: Position across the lower or upper back for muscle fatigue and soreness.
• Neck & Shoulders: Fold or drape over the neck and shoulders to alleviate tension.
• Abdomen: Apply to the abdominal area for cramp relief.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning Instructions:

The RENPHO Heating Pad is designed for easy cleaning:

1. Ensure the heating pad is unplugged from the electrical outlet and the controller is disconnected from the pad.
2. Machine wash the pad on a gentle cycle with cold water (40℃/104℉ maximum).
3. Hang dry the pad completely before reconnecting the controller and using it again.

Do NOT: Iron, bleach, or dry clean the heating pad.

Troubleshooting

• Pad not heating: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet and the controller is switched to "ON". Check that the controller is firmly connected to the pad.
• Pad feels too hot/cold: Adjust the heat setting using the "+" and "-" buttons on the controller. Remember to use a layer of clothing between the pad and your skin.
• Auto-off activates unexpectedly: The pad has a 2-hour auto-off safety feature. If it turns off before 2 hours, check for any loose connections or consult the manufacturer's support.
