  1. First, connect the water inlet. Use a utility knife to cut the hose to the appropriate size.
  2. If no connection is required for a side inlet, simply insert the Inlet cover and hose into the water inlet and secure it with a metal ring.
  3. Next, install the drain pipe. Check valves come in various sizes; choose the appropriate size and cut it according to your home's plumbing structure.
  4. Insert the drain tube into the check valve and secure with a metal ring. (Note: Discharge pipe insert the check valve is only 0.3-0.7inch, avoid too much insert which could result in insufficient air flow and interfere with pumping).
  5. The macerator pump includes an air vent with its own activated carbon filter, so there's no need to hook it up to your home's ventilation system.

  1. Drill mounting holes and insert the bolts securely.
  2. Insert the metal ring into the toilet's rear outlet. Connect it with the pump, then fasten the metal ring to prevent leaks.
  3. Once the toilet is securely in place, insert anchor bolts and washers through the mounting holes in the base of the toilet and tighten into the pre-drilled holes.
  4. Place caps over the anchor bolts on the base of the toilet.

4.3 Attach the Tank

  1. Insert the flush valve, ensuring the bottom is tightly secured.
  2. Install the fill valve assembly and insert the refill tube into the flush valve.
  3. Secure the bottom tightly.
  4. Place the gasket onto the bottom of the flush valve and press down firmly.
  5. Use the bolts to fix the tank on the toilet. Adjust the tank to the same level and tighten the bolts.
  6. Mount the flush button on the tank lid.
  7. Place the tank lid back on the tank.

5. Operating Instructions

The normal operating cycle for SUPERFLO takes about 3 seconds depending upon the discharge pipe run configuration. When the flush is activated, the water flow activates a microswitch in the pressure chamber, which in turn starts the motor. A spindle drives the impeller and the macerator blades. Water and organic waste matter enter the chamber and are reduced to slurry. Once the water is discharged and the water level in the container goes down, the microswitch deactivates the unit until the flush is activated again.
